PLEASE READ - I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL CREATOR!

Price for Freedom is a free webcomic by ArbuzBudesh, following the struggles of a nameless dark elf slave in the city state of Atlathka and its dangerous underworld. The story takes place 87 years after the event of the game Price for Freedom: Avarice.

This Flipbook adaptation was made with Team Dead Deer's blessing so long as no profit is made from it and I made it as a labor of love to one of my favorite dark fantasy comics of all time! Please support the artist and team by giving them a follow: https://teamdeaddeer.itch.io

As of 11 / 23 / 2024 this Flipbook is up to date on all 430 pages and will receive no updates due to how the images are stored in app causing a 5+ minute load times when starting up. It took A LOT of optimization to get it to this state and I'm happy that 400 pages is a good limit to how many pages this app can support with the right optimization, however the upkeep of this app to include every page in the future isn't worth it. Especially since their app loads (streams) images instantly at a better resolution. My only true better addition is probably the save feature which I already suggested for their team to add in the future. So to keep up with the story please again, follow the original creators!

Not what I was expecting from a flip comic on this site but glad I clicked on this nameless comic. Well thought out story and characters that weren't basic or throw away never be used again (tho there were some js talking about the main ones). The illustrations are well done as well.

Price for Freedom is one of my favorites comics ever and the more people that know about it the better! (If dark fantasy and themes are their thing). Keep up with the comic on the actual creators' page! It's updated EVERY Thursday! https://teamdeaddeer.itch.io/

I essentially made the Flipcomic adaptation as a test to see how big of a project my method of making these can handle in terms of load times, quality, etc and 400 or so pages is a good limit.

What did you expect from a flip comic? Do you have any suggestions?
